The hotel is in a quiet location. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the city wall, where there are several shops and a market. About 100 meters from the hotel there is a laundry, which even delivered our clothes to the hotel free of charge.
There is actually nothing to complain about, but a more modern bathroom would have been nice. I personally think that the mattress was too hard. But of course this is only my personal opinion.

Great patio for breakfast. Good location to the old town and the night markets.
The bathroom equipment is unfortunately a little poor. Warm water only from the shower. Sink only cold water. Partly in need of renovation.

We loved staying at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable with a large window seat that we enjoyed using. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet residential area but within walking distance to the city center and the Saturday market where we could buy souvenirs. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including a lovely courtyard to relax in and a small koi fish pond that added to the tranquility of the place. The breakfast was also delicious and had a variety of options including eggs with bacon, cereals with yogurt/milk, and coffee.
Nothing.

This hotel is a true taste of Thailand, with beautiful Lanna Thai ambiance and gardens that create a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms, although not lavish, are spacious, clean, and equipped with basic amenities. The staff, while reserved at first, are friendly and willing to help, even going above and beyond by mailing a forgotten phone. The location is quiet yet conveniently close to the old city and night bazaar.
All was great, no improvements needed.

The hotel is very beautiful and clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast choice was also excellent and there's a huge selection of English speaking channels. It's extremely good value for money.
Unfortunately a cockerel lives nearby and woke us up every morning from about 5am. It's a real shame as the hotel can't control this.

The location of the hotel is good for people who want to explore different parts of the city. You can easily find food at the local street market early in the morning or in the evening. It's not far from the city center and there is a Saturday market nearby, which is quite enjoyable to visit.
The hotel has quite poor internet connectivity, which can be frustrating if you're trying to stay connected with friends or work online.

A very nice hotel. Patio area is beautiful and breakfast was one of the best we had in Thailand. We booked a superior room which was very big and had nice furniture. It was quiet and could only hear birds early in the morning... we slept very well! The hotel is not far away from the city center. We rented bicycles around the corner and it was very easy to move around. The Saturday Market takes place two blocks from the hotel and it was wonderful.
We were not 100% happy with the room. It was very dark. Standard rooms are much brighter but not as quiet. We used their spa services (thai massage and foot massage) and were not happy with them. We informed the hotel and were compensated with a free taxi to the bus station, which we found fair and considerate from the staff.
